It has been a crazy busy month. In May, we finally had our house under contract. The appraisal came through just 6 days before we were suppose to close so I felt like we were pushed to get out. We spent that week, boxing, packing, moving and exhausting ourselves :) We had a lot of help from family and friends in order to make the move possible. Some of our stuff is in a POD, some stuff is in storage and the rest is with us. We are living with Nick's parents right now until we can find a house in this crazy housing market. We went looking all day Saturday and most of Sunday and were very frustrated looking in the specific areas we would like to be in. So we will continue to search. Until then, Boston and Easton are elated that we are living with grandparents. Easton is a bit confused and asks us every day if we are staying the night again or going to our new house or if we found a new house. I would like to try to get into something before Boston starts school in the fall. It was bitter sweet leaving our home at 468 Stephanie Circle. The boys LOVED that house and miss it. They went around the house before we left telling everything goodbye and making sure that I didn't miss ONE toy somewhere of theirs. We made friends in our ward, neighborhood and area that we will miss but know that it was time to move on.
After moving that week, we decided to go up for a couple of days to the cabin and just relax. We went to Smith & Morehouse lake to fish. The boys are getting so good at casting their own poles. Boston caught our only fish that day on his little Lightning McQueen pole all by himself. We watched a movie together, ate, went on the four wheelers, built a fire, and did a little hiking. It was relaxing after the move!
