Merry Christmas 2011 from the Scotts!!

We hope all of you had a very Merry Christmas!  Looking back through all our pictures this year, we had a wonderful year and hope everyone else did as well.  We look forward for another great year in 2012.  Merry Christmas from our house to yours!!

Merry Christmas!  Love Nick, Kesha, Boston (4 1/2) and Easton (almost 2)

We spent Christmas in Vernal this year with my family and we had a great time there for the holidays.  The boys were excited to see Grandma and Grandpa, cousins, aunts, uncles, etc. (and most of all Grayson).  I was excited to go see everyone and to meet my new little nephew (Gage Walker Harrington) born just a few weeks ago.  He is ADORABLE!!  (he is a mini-me of Grayson - they look so much alike).  We had a wonderful Christmas in Vernal.  Thanks mom and dad for making it such a great weekend!  Thanks for all the yummy food (I ate too much) and gifts for the boys (spoiled) and the wonderful memories!  Boston tore through his presents and couldn't wait for the next one. Easton, on the other hand, opened one and wanted to completely open it and play with it and was frustrated when we wanted him to put down his newly opened toy and was given another wrapped present.  He just wanted to play and wasn't much into the 'unwrapping' part this year.  Their favorite toy came from Gma and Gpa - their new transforming Batmobile car with Batman.  They played for hours with those cars.

PS - all these pictures are on my new camera (from Santa).  Thank you soooo much!  I LOVE IT!!!!

Boston opening his Green Lantern from Easton

Santa brought his Woody doll that he so badly wanted
They loved opening their presents together.

Love Easton's expression on this one

Open ... open...open...

Boston asked Santa for Optimus Prime ... he opened it and I'm not sure he has even played with it since

Yes...Optimus Prime!

We put this together last night and the boys LOVED playing with their car garage.  They tried to see which cars could go faster and faster down the ramp on the car garage.

Great Grandma bought Hexbugs for the boys this year and here are the boys using the remote to move their 'bugs'
Grayson working his 'bug'

Great Gpa wanted a massage for Christmas!  Dad and Taylor trying to help him out!

Mike and Grayson trying out Grayson's new Spiderman roller skates!!

Great Gma and Gpa opening their new presents

New Baby Gage Walker Harrington
Soooooo precious!  I didn't want to give him up!

Alexis' and Mike's Christmas present this year ... little tiny Santa Claus

Grayson wanting me to take pictures of him .. dad making him smile!

Grandma Julie and Baby Gage
Great Grandma Monsen holding Gage.  Easton would NOT let Gage alone.  He wanted to kiss him and hug him and hold him.  Easton had a runny nose so we wouldn't let him hold him or be by him.  He kept begging Lexy to hold her baby so finally we let him kiss the back of his head ... after I took the picture, he kept saying "One more picture mom ... one more" So precious that we couldn't resist another one ;)

Playing with new Christmas toys

Playing Just Dance - we had a ball

Who is better?  Nick or Mike ... it's a contest boys!

Now between Mom and Mike...

Boston on Bryckmen and Cooper's new bounce house
Easton playing with the Kays' new Christmas toys

Tawny and Finn (is he not adorable?)

Luke, Ashley, Bryckmen and soon to be new cousin Cruz (not sure the spelling)

Boston, Easton, Cooper and Bryckmen
These boys LOVED playing in their new bounce house/slide - they were sooo hyper!

Boston told me that he wanted it to be Christmas again tomorrow so that Santa could come back and give him this Hot Wheels wall track like his cousins...he was sad to be informed that it wasn't for another 364 more days... bummer!

We took the boys to Jumpin N' Jivin in Vernal for them to play yesterday.  Grayson and Boston loved it.  Easton tried to bounce and the boys bounced him and then he had a hard time wanting to go back to the bounce house.

Lunchtime ...

I love this time of year to reflect on the most important thing ... the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ.  It is such a magical time of year and one that helps me put those things into perspective that are most important in life.  I love my family and all the blessings that we have.  We truly have had a wonderful year and hope that 2012 brings more great memories.  Thanks to all our friends and family that mean so much to us in our lives!!  Merry Christmas to All and to All ... a Good Night!!
