Easton Turned TWO!

Easton turned two on Saturday.  It was a snowy night but we all met at Jungle Jim's. The kids love playing there and riding the rides.  We brought in some cupcakes and paid for the birthday celebration there.  The kids all got pizza, drinks and a balloon.  They also got to spin the wheel and get a prize from the prize counter.  Easton loved riding the rides, opening presents and most of all ... eating his cupcake!!  Thanks to everyone that came.  I can't believe Easton is two years old already ... it seems like we just had him and now he's talking up a storm.  We went to the doctor yesterday for his two-year check-up and he is on the same track as Boston.

Weight:  21 pounds (1%)
Height:  (6%)

Right now, Easton's favorite thing is probably his big brother.  They love playing together.  When Boston is at preschool, he constantly is asking, "Where is Boston?"  He follows him around and copies exactly what Boston does or says.  The most common phrase around our house these days is, "Mom, he's teasing me."  Easton makes us laugh with the things he says.  We love his little voice as he is talking.  He can't wait for dad to get home at night and loves to give kisses and loves.  He loves playing with cars, balls, and anything his older brother is playing with.  He is a candy monster!!  The first thing he asks for in the morning before breakfast is "candy".  He would eat candy or treats all day long if he was offered.  His favorite foods are probably any noodle but especially spaghetti.  He likes to eat salad, macaroni, and fruit snacks.  We love his dimple in his lower left cheek when he smiles.  He melts my heart with his contagious laugh.  We love you Easton - hope you had a great Birthday our handsome little 2 year old!!!

Playing games with dad - they won so many tickets on this machine - enough to get them each a blow-up snake sword which they played for hours with the next day

Second attempt at blowing out the candles ... once again, so proud he did it himself

Bumper Cars - our whole group was in the bumper cars and I haven't laughed so hard in such a long time.  It was hilarious to watch these little ones try to maneuver these cars and 'bump' into each other.  Sadie was the only one that was a little frustrated (pouty face the whole time).  None of us could stop laughing.

Then on Sunday we went to Grandma Kathy and Papa's house to celebrate some birthdays.  I made an M&M cake (found on pinterest) and Easton still wanted his BLUE cupcake so he had another one (a kid after his mother's heart (or stomach) .... cupcakes!!

Should I say cheese or Blue Cupcake?

The following Tuesday, we went downtown to Setebello's for Rylee's birthday dinner!  Happy Birthday Auntie Ry Ry!

This last week, we helped Blake and Ry move into their new home in Sandy (yeah - they are closer to us now).  This is us in their new home.  The boys and I helped get their new black couches and bring them to their house.
