Boston had his kindergarten program last Thursday and Friday. It was so fun to watch them perform the songs and lines they had practiced. I can't believe kindergarten is almost over though ... bitter sweet moment. Bitter - I'm not ready for him to be in first grade and know that he is growing up way too fast. Sweet - succeeded his first year of school with Ms. Baldwin and is doing great in school. He doesn't love doing homework but he is very smart - loves math and recess breaks. He knows lots of sight words and is doing well with reading his books that are sent home. He gets so excited when he sounds out words and realizes he can read them. He has been a good student this year and always wanting to do what is right. He is sad to not be a Driggs Dragon next year! He has loved going to Howard R Driggs Elementary and is sad to leave his friends behind.
