This past weekend, Nick worked on our ditch. We have an irrigation canal that runs through our property tha twe have wanted to cover since Boston loves water. We hired a landscaper to come and help us ... we paid him half the money and then he dug up our yard, made a huge mess and took off with the money and we haven't seen him since. It has been a huge mess but we are trying to get it all done by the time fall/winter comes. What an idiot - I work for attorneys that do construction litigation ... and he knew that (not too smart) so it won't be hard for me to find him. This past weekend, Nick's uncle Jim came to help us out. They worked all Friday (even with headlamps until 12:30 a.m. They were up again at 6 a.m. and worked until 6 p.m. on Saturday but it is done. Our irrigation canal is completely piped and ready for dirt to be hauled in to cover it and finish up our sprinkling system so we can have our flower beds and sod ready. We're excited to finally have a front yard!! Sunday we decided to ride up the canyon and we walked up to Lisa Falls. Boston was sad that we wouldn't let him play in the water so he just got to look at the falls instead of play in them this time.

Lisa Falls is up Little Cottonwood Canyon - not much of a hike -- it's more of a walk :)
I think I figured it out..... the reason we can't ever seem to get together is that you can't stop moving and going long enough to make a plans with us!!! PLEASE fit us in!! It was so good to see you the other day for a minute, can't wait to chat longer. How are the frames coming?
