Presidents/Valentines Weekend FUN
For Valentines/Presidents Day Weekend, we decided to head south to St. George to bask in some SUN!! Boy, are we glad we did!!! It was 60-65 degrees with sunshine and blue skies the entire weekend. For our Valentines Day gifts, Nick went golfing at Sand Hollow and I enjoyed a massage with the girls...NICE!!! We also let Boston play with Great-Grandma and Grandpa while we watched a movie (Valentines Day - how fitting). Easton slept during the movie and we had a great time. We went with everyone to Outback Steakhouse for a Valentines Day dinner. We went to a park to feed the ducks and then play on the slides. Boston and Max had a great time together and then they enjoyed running after each other while we devoured our In-N-Out burgers. Afterwards, Nick and I took the boys on a hike. Yesterday was the nicest day of all. Nick helped Grandma and Grandpa change the filter on their fridge and then we went to a pond while the boys fished. Nick and Boston caught a few fish. I don't know if Boston enjoyed reeling the fish in or playing with his LIghtning McQueen fishing pole and throwing it in and reeling it back in. We grabbed some Jimmy Johns sandwiches and headed to another hike (Chuckwalla). We did a long loop and enjoyed the sunshine. We ate our sandwiches in a little cave looking thing with a window and Boston kept telling us he was a 'good hiker'. I don't know if we wore the kids out or if they wore us out on this trip!! One night, Boston said that there were two kids who wanted to sleep with mom and dad. I asked who they were and he replied, "Boston and Easton." They snuggled for a few minutes in bed and were fast asleep within minutes. What a great weekend we had ... and now back to 30 degree weather.
Should I go down or stay up here?
Come on Max, let's feed the ducks!
Laughing while on the park equipment
Is this In-N-Out Burger really worth the wait????

Oh that looks so fun! Looks like your valentine gift turned out pretty well :)
My valentine = staying home with two sick kids :(
Looks like Easton is already becoming an outdoorsman like the rest of ya. Oh and Trace has both of those same shirts that Boston has. Same good taste we have :)
What great weather, looks like the Scott's were having a great time. Way to go Easton - your first of many hikes :)
The Scotts are back in action!! :) You are the cutest mom. I love that you have been blogging more. We still want to come over... maybe i'll have Brandon plan with Nick so he can come too, but we need to see you guys. Loving and miss you! Glad you had a sunshiney st. george valentine's day with a massage! :)
