TWO CHOICES
Boston has not been wanting to go down for his naps or his bedtime. Each night we go through the same thing where he calls for me, then Nick, then for a drink, then for his stuffed puppy, then his cars, then a story, then another drink, then to rock, then to cuddle with mom and dad in their bed, then another drink....and on and on. So I've been giving him TWO CHOICES ... I will say, "Boston, it's time for bed. You have two choices. You can go get two stories for mom to read or you can choose to go to bed right now with no story. What do you choose?" Two days ago, Boston wanted me to get something down for him to play with and I told him not right now. He then said, "Mom, you have TWO CHOICES." I wanted to start laughing so hard. These little ones listen to EVERYTHING you are telling them (even if you don't think they are listening).

I love it when our kids put us in our places! That is so cute. My kids do that to me all the time. My son Tyson always says, "I'm through with you mom."
Congratulations on your new baby boy. You guys are brave to bring the little guy on your ventures. He sure is cutie.
so cute. tanner uses my negotiation tactics on me all the time. he'll give me two choices, but if i pick the one he doesn't want he'll say, "how about a different choice?".
So funny isn't it, they really do listen when you don't think they are and it could be good or bad lol!! Can't wait to see you guys!!
