Boston's 3rd Birthday

Boston celebrated his third birthday last week!! He was in "Thomas the Train" heaven. I don't like doing 'character' themes ... but decided that was what made him happy so we went with the Thomas theme. He LOVES LOVES LOVES Thomas the Train AND friends. Friday night we went to West Jordan Park where we had a picnic dinner with his cousins and a couple of friends. My family joined us since they came into town for his b-day party. The kids played at the park and chased each other. We had some Thomas cake with ice cream.

Saturday afternoon, we had a family party with my side and Nick's side (grandmas and grandpas, aunts/uncles and cousins. We had lunch and finished off the Thomas cake. Thank you all who came and made Boston's birthday the best. Now I have so many trains and tracks that it takes up my whole living room when I build the entire thing :) He is in heaven!

Happy Birthday little buddy! We don't know where the last three years has gone ... it's gone so fast and you're growing up way too fast. We love you and love your personality. You make mom and dad smile all the time. Thanks for being such a great big brother, for always saying your prayers, for making us laugh and for the love you bring to our family. Happy Birthday Little Buddy!! WE LOVE YOU!
