Lake Hebgen

This weekend, we were invited with the whole family to Eddie and Whitney's cabin in Lake Hebgen (Montana). We had a really good time up there. We looked at the forecast before we left and thought we would be playing games the entire time inside because it said rain all weekend. Well it ended up raining but we had some good time on the boat in the mornings and early afternoon. Then it started raining when the kids needed naps so it worked out perfectly. These pics are of us enjoying some boat time ... water skiing, wake boarding, surfing, jumping the froth, ski course, and boat ride. Thanks Captain Eddie! This was Sadie and Boston's transportation to and from the boat dock ... We had a lot of fun at the cabin with the Scotts. We played games, hot tubbed, enjoyed a lot of time on the lake, kayaked, flew kites, threw rocks, went fly fishing, and ate lots of food! The girls took the kids into West Yellowstone one afternoon. Just our luck...it rained hard! That didn't stop us ... we found some umbrellas and had our fun in town.

Nick and Boston spent some time in the field flying their kites!! They had a blast! On our way home, we stopped at Big Springs in Island Park for Boston to see and feed the fish. We hiked to the cabin and let the boys enjoy the water before heading home.
