Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 2010

This year we spent Christmas with the Scotts.  Christmas Eve was the normal Christmas Eve movie (MegaMind) and dinner.  We decided not to do the Christmas Lights at Temple Square so the kids could go to bed a bit earlier this year.  We had a YUMMY Christmas Eve dinner at Brad and Kathy's house and exchanged our gifts with each other.

We stayed the night at Brad and Kathy's house.  Santa did find us.  Nick helped Boston put out some cookies and write Santa a note.  When he woke up in the morning, his eyes were HUGE seeing the cookies were mostly gone and he wronte him back a note.  We waited for Sadie to come over with her presents and the kids enjoyed a morning of playing with their new gifts.  We then had a christmas breakfast and everyone went their ways visiting other family members.

Easton on Christmas morning (a bit overwhelmed with everything)

Sadie and her new backpack ... she REALLY REALLY wanted a new princess backpack.
Also...notice the stitches above her right eye.  We were making candy a week before when Sadie
fell off the fireplace hearth and caught her eye on the brick.  She ended up at Primary Children's with 2 deep stitches and 5 outside stitches !!  OUCH

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday this year with family.  We also realize the importance of Christmas and celebrating the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ.  We are so grateful for Him and His love at this time of year that emulates around us.  We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!!!
