Cabin with the Naffzigers

We went to the cabin this weekend with the Naffzigers!  The boys played so well with Trinity and Aubree and had a blast!  We up on Saturday, unloaded our gear, then went to play until dark.  The kids went sledding and on the snowmobiles.  We went back to the cabin for a chicken parmesan dinner with salad and rolls.  The kids had dinner and watched movies.  Travis, Terra, Nick and I stayed up playing Rummikub for quite awhile.

Easton has had a cold for a couple of weeks but it seemed to be going away.  The night of the cabin, he started coughing really hard and loud, runny nose and in the middle of the night - couldn't breathe which led to lots of crying and screaming (sorry guys).  He was up the majority of the night as well as everyone else.  The next day, we had a breakfast (french toast, eggs and bacon) then went out for some more fun in the snow.  When we got to the cabin on Saturday, there wasn't much snow anywhere.  In the morning, we probably had 6-7 inches of new snow and by the time we left Sunday, there was probably a good foot of snow at least!  It snowed hard on us all day.  Travis and Nick went out for a ride in the new powder.  Terra and I played in the snow with the kids on the sled hill and on the swingset.  What  a fun day.  Easton fell asleep while I was cleaning up the cabin and packing our stuff (go figure).  Another fun trip to the cabin (minus the no sleep we all got)!!
