Trip to Vernal - Casino Night and Grayson's B-day

Last weekend we went to Vernal to visit my family.  Grayson turned 4 years old on the 20th of February and he had his birthday party on Saturday morning.  We stayed up late on Friday night with Whitney at the hospital to see her new baby.  Saturday we woke up early and headed to Vernal.  We went straight to the birthday party for pizza and homemade chocolate cupcakes that Alexis made.  Then we played at Jump N' Jive bounce house in Vernal.  The boys had so much fun.  Last time we were there around Christmas, Easton did not want anything to do with the bounce house but this time, he ran around and chased the boys up the ladder, down the slides and jumped in the houses.  They both had a great time.  Happy Birthday Grayson!!  

Mike is on the rotary club in Vernal and they had a special fundraiser that night "Casino Night".  We bought tickets and joined Mike and Alexis there.  My mom and dad watched all four kids (Boston, Easton, Grayson and Baby Gage) while we had a night out together.  At Casino night, they serve you dinner and then you play cards and they have a raffle and auction that night to earn money for various scholarships, etc.  We had a fun night hanging out with Alexis (Mike had to call out Bingo so we didn't see much of him).  Our dealer was the epitome of redneck though - she had NO idea how to play BlackJack (we were telling her the rules - she kept needing a cigarette and drink and we had to laugh at her stupidity).  Thank you for the invite.  I always love going home to see my family.  Three hours isn't very far away to live from family (could be further) but seems like we don't see them as much as we would like to see them.  I miss them all!
