Rylee & Blake watched Payten so on Saturday we could take the boys to Soldier Hollow to go tubing. There wasn't any snow anywhere else on the mountain except for the manmade snow on the tubing hill. They closed for the season the following day. When we first got there, we weren't sure how it was going to go because some people were walking down the hill. We just got in our big group and made it down all the way on most of the slides. As it was getting later in the day, the temperature dropped and the hills were starting to firm up, we got going faster and faster. Easton had a melt-down when we first got there. He kept telling us that he hates tubing and didn't want to go. We dressed him as he was fighting and crying. Then he cried all the way up the mountain to the top and into his tube. Once we took one run down, he was smiling the rest of the afternoon. He kept saying, "Dad, this actually is fun!" We tried to tell him he was going to have fun but he wasn't going to hear it until he tried it. We had a great time. We ate with our friends in Heber at the Junction.
