On August 30, 2015, we went to Vernal to hear my baby brother give his mission farewell. He reports to the Provo MTC Wednesday, September 16th for the San Diego, CA mission. He did an excellent job on his talk (very impressive Logan)! We had a luncheon afterwards at our house that my mom prepared. Good luck on your mission Elder Monsen! You will do a great job and we will be waiting for your return!
We visited my Grandma Monsen. She has been in the care center for the past couple of weeks with diverticulitis. She drew us a picture and Payten kept her entertained and laughing while we were there. We then stopped and got some Hawaiian shaved ice (Payten loved it so much - she DRANK the last drops)!
