Camping and Boating at Deer Creek with Harringtons

Since we still had the boat up at Deer Creek, we had to take advantage of the weather just one more time.  It is definitely turning fall up there.  We met my sister, Mike, and Grayson at Deer Creek Friday night.  By the time we got up the canyon from all the construction they were doing (rotomill up Provo Canyon), they already had their camp set up.  We got ours set up and had dinner and talked around the fire until late.  We all went to sleep and it was much colder than just a few weeks before when we were camping up there.  The temperature dropped that night which caused the boys to wake up a few times in the middle of the night.  The next morning, we were up and eating breakfast and took down camp.  We took our time getting on the lake because of the cooler temperatures.  We got onto the lake around noon and boated until early evening.  We did some wake boarding (5 months and still wake boarding ... I think I'm finished though - my life jacket is not fitting anymore and I've already upgraded to the next size and it's too small).  This baby girl is probably glad it's fall and mom stops wake boarding!  Grayson and Boston had so much fun at the bow of the boat telling us to go faster go faster go faster.  Easton loved swimming and riding on the tube with Nick.  What a fun couple of days with my sister and her family.  Thanks to my mom who watched Baby Gage so Alexis could enjoy a day out on the lake.  They also celebrated their 8th Anniversary this weekend!!!  Happy Anniversary Mike and Lex!
