Romantic Getaway to the Chateaux in Deer Valley

Last weekend, Nick and I decided it was time for a getaway date night.  We went up and stayed overnight at the Chateaux in Deer Valley.  We enjoyed a great dinner at the Cena Ristorante outside on their patio under a heat lamp.  It was perfect weather but it did get a little chilly when the sun went down.  We had their 3-course meal then walked around the property.  We took a dip in the hot tub (until the tub got invaded by a bachelor party).  We watched a movie in our room, slept in late, then checked out.  Saturday we went mountain biking.  The weather was perfect for biking and the leaves and scenery were gorgeous.  I love fall time (it doesn't seem to last long before snow settles in but it was so much fun to enjoy some great fall weather).   We went to check out the St. Regis property and biked down from the top of St. Regis all the way into Park City.  We rode through some properties and took some trails into Park City where we enjoyed a salad at Main Street Pizza and Noodle.  When we got home, Nick went with some buddies to the Utah/BYU game.   What a great weekend :)  Date nights are always so refreshing and much needed for couples!!

While we were on our getaway, Blake and Rylee took the boys.  Friday night was Blake's work party and the boys got to ride a pony, have a carriage ride, play on a rock wall and some other fun things in Oakley.  They spent the night at their house and slept all night.  Next morning, Uncle Blake made some pancakes for them and sat in the hot tub.  They had a great time (thanks for watching them - we had a FANTASTIC weekend together).
