Last night wrapped up Boston's first season of fall soccer through Sandy City. We had a great little team and it was fun to watch all of them play in the Pre-K division. Boston liked going to soccer a little more than t-ball but was more interested in running on the field, watching others on the field, talking with everyone else on there and was slightly oblivious to the soccer game that was going on. But he loved it and we loved watching him learn and grow in a new sport. It is exciting for me to see him learn new activities and be involved with others in learning team sports and good sportsmanship (the knowledge and drive that his dad wants instilled will come - for now, he is just having fun...at least we hope he is having fun). The best part (his trophy he received last night at the end of a FREEZING double-header game)!!
| This was after his goal he scored last night ... one proud little boy that he got his second goal!!!!! Wahoo! |
