Friday night we went with Matt and Brooke Morrison and their kids to the Zoo Lights. We had never been there. It was fun to see the lights and we even stayed in a LONG line (didn't seem long at the time but it did not move very fast) to see Santa. The boys got to write (or draw) a letter to Santa to tell him what they wanted. Boston and Easton both want Cuddle Uppits (as seen on Sprout TV) and they both want Stompies (slippers that the ears or mouths move up and down when you walk). Boston added quite a few other things when he was telling Santa what he wanted for Christmas. Easton wouldn't look or talk to Santa the entire time he was on his lap. He sat right by him and looked straight ahead and only shook his head yes when Santa asked if he liked Chocolate Chip Cookies. We enjoyed some hot chocolate and walked around seeing some of the animals. The bats were very ACTIVE that night while the other animals were mostly sleeping. We had a great time.
Saturday night we joined the Ericsons in Utah County and went to see the Holiday Lights at Thanksgiving Point. It was snowing and pretty cold outside but we drove through the lights then went to see Santa's reindeer and get some hot chocolate but ended up getting ice cream :) hehe
